At the southern tip of Kerala, in the northwest of Chirainkeesh taluk in Thiruvananthapuram district on NH 66 from Alamkodu for a length of four and a half kilometers north to Ayamkonam, from there southwest to Kavalayoor road as the border of Ottoor panchayat to Kulamuttam in the east and up to Mungode Kayal border of Vakkom panchayat and 7 km southeast of Kadakkavur panchayat border. Manamboor is a quiet and beautiful village with an area of 15.08 sq km in a radius of 5 km and situated at an altitude of 75 meters above sea level, on the border of Kadakkavoor Panchayat and Attingal Municipality from Mananak to Alamkodu.
